Neglect !!!

This is a small example of the neglect we experience on a daily basis. See the Hazard Archives for other examples. It might not feel like our largest hazard because it is not. However, this is an example where the neglect of the network (where it isn't profitable) bleeds over into a hazardous condition for the community. This is an example of neglecting responsibility to the communities we serve. This isn't increasing because the technicians don't care. It's happening because we are no longer given the time or resources to clean up problems that don't "effect the signal."
